This tier relies entirely on static, firewalled forms. The contact popup collects only basic business identifier data: name, email, phone, and a service dropdown.
How data flows
Because no symptoms or medical histories are captured, this tier is 100% compliant. Leads are delivered via encrypted pipelines directly to your secure clinic email inbox via Resend. Booking requests instantly hand the user off to your standard scheduling link.
The AI layer
A custom-trained conversational assistant (powered by the Claude API) sits as a live chat bubble on your Vercel-hosted website. It is trained on your clinic's hours, parking instructions, pricing, and services.
The privacy boundary
FAQ-only assistant, hardcoded with strict algorithmic guardrails designed to completely block Personal Health Information (PHI).
How data flows
If a visitor attempts to type diagnostic questions, list medications, or describe symptoms, Nexavita AI instantly identifies the text as high-risk health data and responds: "To protect your medical privacy, I cannot process health information in this public chat." It then closes the conversation and displays a redirect link to your secure booking system.
