The digital infrastructure modern practices run on.
Nexavita exists to replace the patchwork of outdated websites, missed calls, and manual follow-up that defines patient communication today, with one streamlined system designed specifically for healthcare and wellness practices.
Built at the intersection of healthcare, patient experience, and AI.
Nexavita Digital Systems was founded on a simple observation: the practices doing the most important work, caring for patients, were stuck running their front desks on tools from another decade. Booking happened over voicemail. Follow-ups lived in someone's notebook. Inquiries came in after hours and disappeared by morning.
We started Nexavita to fix that, end to end. Modern websites built on Next.js and Vercel. Patient communication systems that respond in seconds, not days. AI-assisted workflows that sound like the practice, not a bot, and that actually understand the rhythm of clinical operations.
Today, Nexavita is a focused studio working with dental, optometry, family practice, and performance-based clinics across Canada. Every engagement starts the same way: a 30-minute conversation, a clear-eyed look at where inquiries are slipping, and a system designed to close those gaps.
Four principles that shape every build.
Patient-first, operator-aware.
Every system has to feel calm to the patient and obvious to the person running the front desk. If it doesn't, it's not done.
One stack, no duct tape.
Site, booking, follow-up, AI. All on one foundation. No taped-together Wix plugins. Scaling means adding modules, not rebuilding.
AI that sounds like you.
Every AI workflow is trained on the practice's tone, protocols, and FAQ. Patients shouldn't be able to tell where the front desk ends and the assistant begins.
Trust is the long game.
No urgency theater. No countdown timers. Healthcare runs on referrals and reputation. We design every touchpoint to earn both.
Meet Terique.
Terique started Nexavita after years of watching the same pattern repeat across healthcare and wellness practices: skilled practitioners doing world-class clinical work, held back by digital systems that hadn't been touched in a decade.
His background sits at the intersection of health sciences, patient-experience design, and modern web engineering. He builds the kind of infrastructure he wished every clinic he visited had: fast sites, calm booking flows, AI assistants that don't sound robotic, and follow-up systems that close the loop without the practice ever lifting a finger.
He first noticed how broken the interface was while helping his mother seek care, and again every time he sat down to walk an elder through an app or a portal. The irony stuck with him: technology was supposed to make things more accessible, not less. Nexavita is the answer he wished those systems had been the first time around.
Based in Canada, working with practices across North America. Available by email, Slack (Premium tier), and the occasional in-person site visit when the project calls for it.
